Are all Pelleve treatments created equal?

When I was a college student I was forced to read a book by a gentleman named S.I. Hayakawa called Language in Thought and Action. I wasn’t too enamored of the assignment at the time, but the author, as a student of the malady of prejudice, stated his case very simply so we dunderheads could catch his drift. And how he did it, was to draw pictures of cows and proceed on to say, “Cow 1 is not cow 2 is not cow 3.”

I got the point. There were things that could be labeled with a name and all things with that label would ordinarily be accepted by the unthinking mass of humanity to be exactly the same thing, and that’s where genocides and other atrocities arose from.

I’ve hung onto that concept for a long time now, and found it to be true. So, the question at hand is, “Are all Pelleve’s the same?”
The answer is no.
Just like everything, the procedure is operator and patient dependent. If you have a tech in a spa running the radiofrequency probe hither and thither for an hour with no concept of the underlying anatomy, the subtle clues of tissue texture, elasticity, thickness, and proper attachment points, you are going to get a totally different experience and effect than you would get if a real doctor with those skills, were standing at the helm to make sure that what needed to happen to a patient’s face or neck or whatever, actually happened, and at what point the tissue reached its capacity to respond to the radiofrequency wave.
